1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PurposeLife ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Minimum Age

You must be at least 13 years of age to use PurposeLife. Users under 18 should use the Service with parental awareness and, where applicable, consent.

3. Nature of the Service

PurposeLife is an educational and personal development tool powered by AI coaching. It is not a substitute for professional therapy, counselling, or medical advice. We make no guarantee of specific outcomes.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service to harm, harass, or exploit others
Attempt to manipulate or "jailbreak" the AI coach
Scrape, reverse-engineer, or automate access to the Service
Share your account credentials with others
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Data Retention

Your coaching data and progress are retained for as long as your account is active. Anonymous assessment results (taken without an account) are retained for 7 days. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

7. Limitation of Liability

PurposeLife is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI coaching suggestions. In no event shall our liability exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
