- To improve the Service through anonymised analytics
3. AI and Your Data
Your coaching conversations are sent to AI providers (currently Anthropic) to generate coaching responses. We do not use your conversation data to train AI models. Your data is not shared with other users.
4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely in encrypted databases. We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS, hashed tokens, and access controls.
5. Data Retention
Active account data is retained for as long as your account exists. Anonymous assessment results are retained for 7 days. You may request data deletion at any time.

- Resend — transactional email delivery
- Anthropic — AI coaching responses
- Vercel — hosting and infrastructure
