Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your profile settings via the Stripe customer portal. No questions asked.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to premium features until then.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us at support@purposelife.ai.

Pro-rated refunds are not issued automatically. We will review each request individually and respond within 5 business days.

The free tier requires no payment and can be used indefinitely. No refund applies to the free tier.
